Multi-Occupancy Buildings

We have extensive knowledge of installing gas in many types of multi-occupancy buildings from domestic multiple occupancy building through to multiple office blocks. We hold both Construction of Multi-Occupancy Buildings (CMOB's) and Design of Multi-Occupancy Buildings (DMOB's) accreditation's from Lloyd's Register.

 

All meters will be installed by qualified registered Gas Safe Engineers. Adroit Utilities are an approved meter installer and all meters supplied by Adroit Utilities will be adopted by a meter equipment manager (MEM) on completion of the installation. We can calculate the type and size of meter for our client’s properties.
